Pros
The Benefits (although that may change when the 2009 contract comes around).
Cons
Management only see's the bottom line, which I understand to a point because it is a business. But when you have to work 14 days in a row and then they cancel your off days because they messed up scheduling of new customers, that really puts a strain on you and your family. Management is ALWAYS fighting with the union and trying to make us do things that are not in our job description, then we have to "grieve it" with the union. Bottom line is management does NOT care about their employee's.
