The employees work really hard and suppport one another. The benefits are good. The pay is average.
Cons
Executive leadership does not care about its employees or customers. They care about their compensation package. C-Suite can make bad decisions and no one is accountable (T-Mobile merger cancellation $4B cost, merger after merger with no value add - DirectTV, Time Warner). Now the latest gimmick is to surplus employees by saying it's an RTO strategy. Requiring employees to move to other states without relocation funds or making employees commute to other states 3 days a week on their own dime. Stankey and Legg repeatedly saying, "if you don't like it then leave". CoS Laforge's lack of sympathy during a town hall where folks were losing their jobs and her response to the questions was, "blah blah blah". So if you want to work with people that feel that way about their employees, then yes this company is the place for you!
