Pros
Pay is great. Benefits are sufficient. Bonus structure is generous imo. The people are generally pretty great. A lot of passions, even in the midst of some pretty terrible "Big Brother" policies.
Cons
RTO requirements are so patronizing. C Suite clearly doesn't trust their management to lead their teams effectively. They micromanage attendance, requiring in office work before the campus is actually prepared to handle the total number of employees. The food options are ridiculously overpriced. Parking and shuttling to and from the office will att another 30-40 min to your commute. I would venture to guess that one of the benefits of these policies is to reduce headcount without the L word and open up space to cycle in new blood for fresh outlooks. Lastly, the company doesn't provide adequate supplies employees need to do their job effectively. You are expected to purchase your own stuff in a lot of cases (note: some free stuff is given out, but it's usually at events).. Like a badge holder, headsets for calls, att branded clothes, extra charging cables, mouse/keyboard for your laptop (not all desks have them), etc.
