Pros
- The few people that I did work with in my time at the company were great. Most were new-hires so they didn't know much about the company at the time.
Cons
- Low pay for amount of work expected - Company preaches about employee inclusion and care, however this is untrue. They treat employees as disposable assets and carry out a "fire and hire" policy. In my short time there, I heard stories from long-term staff that the company regularly fires staff for no reason. - Refuse to listen to employees side of discussions, especially if related to personal matters that would not have an effect on your job performance. They will see this as a reason to fire you. - Background checks for employment are regularly delayed and HR will likely lose them, causing you to miss out on valuable training time having to re-submit your background checks. - Unless you brown-nose the right people, expect to be treated like rubbish. - They will hire anyone desperate for a job, regardless of your experience. - If you struggle with technology, there will be little-to-no assistance and they will expect you to just figure it out yourself. - They asked for personal financial information BEFORE my interview, which did not feel appropriate and they threatened to withdraw the interview offer if I did not show them financial statements.
