      Good training & opportunity for experience Decent benefits & good pension Good work life balance Opportunity for salary progression (fixed levels)

      Cons

      Management is slow to react to feedback and can feel out of touch Significantly low amount of resources given to operations considering the size of the company High pressure work environment due to lack of resources can cause significant stress for staff Basic career progression available but can feel limited in scope and scale

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
