      Pros

      Supportive Colleagues, great workplace culture. The company really cares about employee well being, Leadership clearly make an effort to reduce the image of top-down leadership in the company by providing employees with the pathways and opportunities to be heard.

      Cons

      Having a team based around the UK who you dont communicate with/see often can make team days a little awkward, they are still really fun!

Your comment regarding communication across UK offices is a really important one. I agree it can be difficult having one team spread over lots of locations.       Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
