Ive been working at AXA for over 15 years so that in itself shows what a good company this is. Ive been really fortunate to have been able to hold a number of different roles in my career and that is a big positive - the company does provide and support career opportunities, if you want them. The benefits are also fantastic, as is the ability to work flexibly and in an agile way. Our culture is definitely worth noting - we actively support the environment, charities and local communities, and we promote a culture where we can be ourselves.
