Pros

Coaching and support is available, you work close with your team. Good benefits. Flexible hours.

Cons

Targets are too strict, higher up managers don’t really care up CSRs. Never see the customer service managers, and being a part timer we are less of a priority than full timers (even though we take the weekend and busy evening shifts). Currently in the process of losing our personal desks to “smart desk”, which I think is gonna lose morale in the teams.

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
