We’ve had a new CEO for AXA UK in late 2018 then a new CEO for Healthcare at beginning of 2019 (where I work). This has always been a great place to work but our new CEOs have given us a fresh vision and energy to really put our customers at the heart of everything we do. And they’re doing it by encouraging innovation and empowerment of employees. This is an exciting time to be working here!

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
they are available when you communicate your needs to your manager.
