Pros

Good training, friendly environment, paid overtime, free coffee, weekends off, good family/life balance.

Cons

The work is a bit monotonous and depending on which senior listens to your calls they can grade them which effects your bonus so if you think it’s unfair it can be uncomfortable between team members as they don’t explain to you face to face they just note it on the system for you to read.

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
