Pros

Good employee benefits and work life balance. Spend a lot of money on offices and IT.

Cons

Zero performance management processes anywhere, they think everything is solved by IT or pricing. Federated business model drives massive silos, frustratingly hard to get anything done.

Pros

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!

need to commute to NYC.
