Pros
AXA are very accommodating, flexible, there are development opportunities and if people are interested, development plans are reviewed on a regular basis.
There are monthly updates from the Senior Leadership Team, and you have the opportunity to ask questions.
AXA are looking to make business improvements including systems - however the ongoing project means numerous different areas are also under review to ensure we work smarter, not harder.
I don't think AXA mention within job adverts about them giving an annual bonus, however this has always been given, there's also regular pay reviews.
Lastly, and maybe most importantly, AXA are very focused on peoples wellbeings .
