Pros
With our global network, we are able to very quickly leverage work done at many clients (if company/client/country legal departments approve). We are able to leverage as much knowledge as possible.
Cons
Compensation really isn't that great. We constantly hear about colleagues elsewhere making way more money. The ultimate goal of becoming a partner really doesn't make that much sense anymore, given that we are now a public company and the perks are just not there.
