Pros
Good projects for good clients, many opportunities to stretch. Very good colleagues with opportunities to share expertise and tap into a company-wide knowledge network. Great benefits, especially vacation time.
Cons
Very long hours and extremely heavy workload. You need to play the networking and internal politics game very well to progress - performance review is heavily influenced by who you know and who knows about your work, and without a good rating it's very hard to advance. Salaries are not good and it's very hard to get an increase once you've joined.
