      Mixed feelings...grew up in the firm from analyst to senior manager - Senior Manager Accenture Employee Review

      Pros

      - Leadership opportunities (*sooner than if you worked at most industry jobs) - Client interaction - PTO (*25 days for manager/senior manager) - Flexible work arrangements (*depends on project and senior management)

      Cons

      - Travel - Constant re-organization and re-naming of groups within the organization - Performance/Promotion Criteria (*only certain % allowed to be 'significantly above' or 'at the very top'...so if you are on a team with a lot of high performers...someone still has to the take the lower ratings) - Pay is lower than competitors - Projects are being sold with extremely compressed timelines and budget - Caliber of people being hired is lower

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
