Pros
1. Good place for trainings and learning. Plethora of online trainings. 2. Good brand name 3. Good for consulting work 4. Flexibility in working. e.g. Flexi-timings, Work-from-home etc.
Cons
1. Bleak chances of on-site opportunities as compared to other Indian companies. 2. Low compensation. Appraisals and promotions are not based on merit although that's what is claimed. 3. Bench people are managed like school kids. Attendance, time-tracking etc. 4. Too much emphasis on documentation of processes, metrics etc. More than on the deliverable itself.
