You have a clear and specific career path in front you that basically has no limit if you are willing to put in the effort. Good for your CV Good pay (if you negotiate a bit) and bonus pay. Contrary to what other people say here I am paid for all the overtime I do and so does everyone I know. Good Benefits (especially after a level) One of the major pros of most consulting companies is the project rotation that is available. You are able to gain a wide range of knowledge and skills as well as experience.
Cons
Each persons experience in Accenture differs. It depends on the client you are assigned to, on the manager you end up with etc. The vast majority of the company consists of tech roles so the strategy and consulting side is a bit understaffed, hence, the negative feedback from some people there. Too many procedures and policies which is no surprise since you work for one of the largest companies in the world. They get a bit cheap with their outings and events.
