Pros

Firstly, I liked the options for working on various projects. I was a part of the designer team which was somehow covered, that we weren't on the bench if team members hadn't any project. Constant remote work, at least for my team.

Cons

Easily change any rules by higher management, or work preferences, easy to appear on the bench. If you are asking too much about potential work (because their "project portal" is not effective, kinda dodgy), you will hear evasive answers, empty promises & etc. Mid-management didn't show any results of their work/effort in the "projects hunt". It seemed that if you are in a position where you don't need to show the real results of your work, you are more safe than others. After a busy start, there were no projects. Some of the team haven't almost for a year. I haven't that kind of bad work history, but they picked me. They tried to let me go only 2 days before the end of the month with a small exit package. I refused, bc I'm disabled. If they wanted to fire me, they would need approval from the Labour Office. They lied that they already requested. I rather negotiate a better deal, because I was afraid that they could be inspired by a DELL, where they (at that time) illegally fired a disabled union leader without 3 mandatory approvals.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
