      Great air-ticket discounts, good exposure and relationship with other airlines, discounts in many airlines around the world

      Cons

      Not innovative at all, old and bureaucratic working vibe, which makes everything complicated, and affects the performance. There's no long term commitment with employees

      The company had great growth opportunities and a very inclusive culture. It was a great place to learn, and they fostered a sense of teamwork.
