      Free trips, nice equipment to be used.

      Cons

      The company has an issue managing people, they have no idea about healthy leadership, they constantly use micromanagement to keep track on people working on hybrid & remote positions. Openly making racist comments and not providing any type of training to help understand the business flows.

      The company had great growth opportunities and a very inclusive culture. It was a great place to learn, and they fostered a sense of teamwork.
