      Pros

      Good culture, nice people, stable job. Overall it is an easy job, 9 to 6, but expect to always be ready to answer the phone, even weekends.

      Cons

      Very rigid processes, so it is hard to sell services. Be in the same page as your managers, be friends to everyone, it is the only way you will get helped and then you can help your customers.

      Enjoyed my time working for Aeromexico, growth opportunities.

      Long trips, and short breaks in between flights.

      The company had great growth opportunities and a very inclusive culture. It was a great place to learn, and they fostered a sense of teamwork.

      There was a bit more travel than originally anticipated.
