1) Overwhelmed with information during training and 1-month is not enough to cramp everything 2) Trainer lacks the soft skills to be new recruits first touch point 3) Rigid culture in the department / Micro-managing 4) Extremely little communication between colleagues in the department 5) Stone-age system, hectic flow of operations 6) Like any other call center, KPI driven
