Top management seems to be rewarded for fostering this high-pressure atmosphere, perpetuating a cycle of burnout rather than cultivating trust and collaboration. I am genuinely surprised that Booking Holdings permits such behavior to persist, seemingly turning a blind eye simply because the company operates out of Thailand.
