Pros
Benefits is very good. Unlimited outpatient. Able to claim for home wifi after probation. Nice location. Many cheap and nice lunch place around.
Cons
At Allianz, promotions are only considered after two years, which feels discouraging for fast learners and high performers who make a real difference. It’s frustrating to see that seniority often outweighs performance. During town halls, the management proudly highlights how most leaders have been with the company for 10-20 years. While experience is important, it feels like the company prioritizes longevity over recognizing and rewarding talent. For anyone starting their career and hoping to grow quickly, Allianz might not be the best place. HR should really rethink how they retain and motivate high-performing employees. HR loves to boast about the 14-month salary, but let’s be honest, it’s just a different payroll structure, not a real benefit. When you break it down to a 12-month equivalent, you are severely underpaid, and it can hurt you when applying for loans, credit cards, or even your next job. And if you leave? Say goodbye to those extra months. It’s misleading to call it a perk when it’s just a way to make the salary sound better than it is. If you get an offer, think twice and prioritize the base salary, it matters more in the long run.
