Pros
The people below management at AGA are the best. I've made many good friends here. As many people have said in other posts, the building and location is very good. Right off I64 near Gaskins.
Cons
It's so obvious that the good reviews written here were written by the CEO or top management or HR to make themselves look better. It does not change the fact that AGA is just not a good place to work anymore and the leadership is rotten. Much has changed since the days when this company was considered a top employer. Most of the good people have left, with many going to Elephant Insurance, a growing company located in the same building. What's left at AGA are bad personnel practices, selfish CEO and C-level leaders, difficult work environment, and high turnover. On the business side, AGA is losing customers to competitors, including its #1, long time client. Not good.
