      Pros

      Alot has changed. Before the company was good. had good culture. the employee committee always had great offers and trips worldwide, possibility to change roles within the company (global office).

      Cons

      Managers do what they want and HR ignores, the fusion with the FR office has changed everything. salaries are lower and there is no company culture anymore. there is discrimination especially for people of color in terms of salaries and in career growth

      Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
