2026 pay increase - Customer Claims Specialist Allianz Partners Employee Review

Company has changed and become a toxic environment of do as we say not as we do and who you know matters and gets rewarded since new management has been put in place. This year's pay has been discriminate as it's now you get a pay rise if you earn a low amount (thought Allianz paid well as it said) and don't get one if you have worked hard, over achieved constantly, done all that's asked of you and more and don't get a pay rise (what happened to looking after your employees).
