Pros
Great benefits and work life balance. PTO/Vacation is encouraged. Amenities are numerous i.e. Free Runway/Gym, Starbucks, Café (breakfast, lunch, dinner options), Free Parking, a beautiful building to work in which also houses wonderful neighbors such as a large auto insurance company, an outsourced international call center, and two Allianz sister companies. Thanks to a confident CEO and compassionate and kind leaders that CARE and that go above and beyond in trying to make the work life pleasing and that give careful considerations when making business decisions focusing on ALL associates and the impact those decisions may have on them.
Cons
Obviously from the comments on Glassdoor recently, there are a couple of UNHAPPY campers who want to spread their poison. It is very discouraging to know that we have to work around these anonymous cowards who write such untruths that are full of venom and try to insert negativity in a very strong and successful workplace. I have one word for you – LEAVE. I feel the majority of AGA associates would feel the same way.
