      Pros

      Lots of opportunity, leveraging the Global Organisation. The Management really are trying their best in a tough industry. The company will continue to grow, and so will the opportunities for the team who are prepared to stay on for the ride.

      Cons

      Most project managers are running 150%. It can be challenging to keep on top of the work load, but the success is rewarding. The salaries are under market rate, which makes it hard to recruit and keep people. AMOS are stuck in 1980.

      Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
