Not very professional trainer- making extremely inappropriate comments and swearing throughout training. Several complaints made during the time. Didn't get much better once on the floor. Department short staffed and overworked. Managers didn't value staff; extremely low morale. 10 people left in the department during my fist 2 months including the Operational Manager. 8 hour days with half hour break; only allowed to take additional 10 minute break if board was clear - this was NEVER clear. Since my departure in August; i have since learned that Allianz actually lost the contract with Mercedes Benz
