      Decent pay , nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Strict policies , no help from managers on the floor , horrible work/life balance and barely any PTO.

We are currently making some changes so that team leads will be available to provide help and support to associates in front-line sales and support roles. Starting the first of the year, updates to our PTO plan and work hours should provide for more flexibility in both areas.

      Great people, great office, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Office can feel empty on the in-office days mostly because the building is so massive and there just aren't enough people there to make it feel right.
