8yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We consistently hear positive remarks from both current and past employees, about the caliber of people that work here. Regarding your department feedback, the Medical Case Management team has gone through a significant amount of change, as it became a Medical Global Competency Center within our Allianz Family. This means our Canadian Business Unit provides inbound medical case management for all of our Allianz Partners business units and their travelers, who come to the United States. There is a lot of change associated when moving to a more complex service model, such as this. Change is hard for some people, and we understand that it is not always understood. However, we have many that value the changes we are making to provide a better experience for both our clients, partners and our associates.
We will continue to look for better ways of doing things and value all associate feedback as we take this journey.
