Managers are very condescending and unhelpful. Very poor work/life balance. Constant micromanagement. Generally have to wait minimum 2 weeks for response on annual leave request which is most often denied. When all staff are busy dealing with customers and there are calls waiting, managers just shout at you to hurry up instead of helping out. If you value your mental health, avoid this place at all costs.
