Pros
My experience here is very different from most of those negative reviews I see. Maybe the happy employees are too busy for social media gossip. Allianz is a well structured company with plenty of opportunities if you are committed and a hard work employee. The salary and benefits are in line with most of the companies in the insurance sector. The working hours are flexible and you can work from home in some of the departments. They offer study support if you want to upskill in your area . There are opportunities to grow regardless of your nationality. They have a great support scheme through EAP program
Cons
The location is not central, but it can be handy if you drive and if you are a early raiser. The canteen doesn't have a great selection of food, but there are some shops 10 minutes away by foot.
