Pros
Compared to other companies nothing worth mentioning!
Cons
As other reviews already mentioned we recently had a town hall where we were asked to be mindful with what we are writing on social media as the company has difficulties to find new employees! Do you know what the output is? Allianz Care is now offering a higher starting salary because they can't find new employees. As I started (less than a year ago) they offered me 25k starting salary (same salary that everyone else got at that time). A recruiter contacted me recently (he found my old CV on a website where Allianz Care is not stated as my current employer) and asked me if I would be interested to work for Allianz Care for a 29k salary. As I asked him to confirm the salary he explained that Allianz is now offering a higher starting salary to compete with other insurance companies in Dublin. I Googled the job ad and found out that multiple recruitment agencies are now recruiting for Allianz Care for a 29k salary. Why don't I get a raise? It's not fair that New Hires get more money than experienced Claims Officers!! Am I now expected to mentor New Hires who earn more than I do? I understand that companies in Dublin are raising salaries and that Allianz Care also need to do the same. But at the same time you need to treat everyone equally. If New Hires get 29k, we "old" experienced Claims Officers should also get a raise. Also, the companies website states that Allianz Care is "Recognised as one of the best large companies to work for 2017". Well, same as the town hall our management told us to be mindful with how we will fill in surveys.
