Allianz Care’s standard starting salary for Officer grade roles in Dublin is €25k, this increases with length of service up to €36k (€37k for Senior Officers). Once the maximum of €36k is reached, Officers are included in the normal annual inflationary salary review process. On occasion, an officer candidate may be offered an increased starting salary based on their language skills and industry experience. However, this is the exception, not the rule, and in cases where an increased starting salary is offered, the length of service increases still apply to a maximum of €36k.
