Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits- health insurance, pension, staff canteen, good office facilities Amazingly hard working and positive people from all over the world working together. When there is a crisis or problem everyone works really hard to get a good result. I have worked in many big companies but few have such great team spirit.
Cons
Change is slow and some departments are still old fashioned and give promotion to the people who have been there longest even if they are not the best for the job.
