Pros
When I started working here there was a great teamwork-focused atmosphere. Generally-speaking most of the people were pleasant to work with.
Cons
Staying tactful here and they have a lot to work on! 1) Need to promote based on merit and not how long someone has been there 2) Chief Officers need to lose the ego and favoritism - as it was very clear who they favored. While nobody is perfect they do need to be Professional about this aspect. 3) Inflexible working hours (frowned upon if you left any earlier than 5 PM) 4) Accrue WAY TOO MUCH technical debt. Sales starting at the top did not care what shortcuts needed to get done to launch a client - just get it done was the mantra. They then would complain down the road on why the client is setup like x,y,z... 5) Extremely old technology and not willing to invest into newer platforms
