Pros
The best things I can say are what's mostly been said by the honest reviewers here. The people who work here are great, the building is very nice, location very commutable, pay is ok but not great,
Cons
BAD things overshadow good things in many areas. Awful management. Too many projects and priorities including big IT projects of questionable value, siloed and hard to get things done, compliance. problems, always understaffed as cheap CEO doesn't replace people to keep cut costs.
