Chaos, Toxic Leadership, and Lack of Accountability I joined this company with high hopes and aspirations, but my experience with the team has been nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, it became clear that there is absolutely no governance or strategy in place. It's an absolute mess! The team's recent expansion on a global scale only added to the existing chaos. The new leadership that was brought in turned out to be extremely toxic, engaging in bullying and harassment. It's bewildering to witness such behavior, and I'm still trying to determine if it's a cultural issue or if the person simply enjoys letting others down. To make matters worse, there is a complete lack of structure within the team. Despite this glaring issue, they have the audacity to shift the blame onto employees, charging them as if everything is their fault. It's outrageous! No one takes responsibility for their actions and they continue to act as if this is acceptable. The company hired a specialist to clean up this mess, but they have provided no support or structure for them to work with. It feels like a futile effort, as the chaos persists and nothing is being done to address the underlying problems. In summary, my experience with this company's team has been an utter disappointment. The absence of governance, strategy, and accountability is detrimental to both the work environment and employee morale. The toxic leadership, coupled with the lack of structure, makes it impossible to thrive in this organization. I would strongly advise others to think twice before joining this company.
