Pros
Relatively easy work for the pay, management is accessible, strong employee benefits like tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Incentives seem to dangle just barely out of reach. It's a call center, so you have the standard customer issues to deal with. You are expected to deal thoroughly with each customer's issue but are held to account if "you're not being efficient." Small concerns when you consider that you're starting out at almost 30k a year.
