I work with some of the sharpest technical and business talent I've worked with in my career, in a culture that lives the Amazon leadership principles. It's the only place I've worked that will tell a client "you can do this for less" or "we might not be the best answer for this particular issue"
Cons
Rapid growth means a very fluid org structure, with changing roles and responsibilities. That may not be for everyone
