      Given a mentor to work with Lots of opportunity through assigned projects to grow Being ahead of peers by doing work alongside school

      Cons

      I was given a vote of inclined to hire after the experience basically meaning I would receive an offer but was told 2 months later that I would likely not receive the offer for at least another 2-3 months and even then wouldn't be able to start until 5-6 months after that

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
