Business Outlook
Pros
- exciting technology - think long term (patience for big bets to pay off downstream as emerging tech/ mkt evolves) - amazing culture - empowered employees (anyone can author a doc and pitch their idea to leadership) - plenty of opportunity to move around within company - great culture for DEI
Cons
- difficult to get promoted, but specially at higher levels - return to office (most employees mandated to RTO at least 3 days per week, and perhaps more in future) - compensation growth can be stagnant (my total comp in current year is less than earlier years)
