Pros
I have found the working environment at the company to be generally positive, with a supportive network of managers and peers and the added benefit of remote work flexibility. The autonomy in my role and the availability of useful amenities have certainly contributed to my productivity and comfort.
Cons
However, there are areas for improvement. There appears to be limited transparency in the internal processes, particularly regarding growth opportunities and performance evaluations. Furthermore, the stagnation in salary increments over recent years is a concern.
