Complex large scale challenges to solve, leadership principles are exercised constantly, builder mindset, networking opportunities, and unique working backwards methodology
Cons
Constant turnover, constant budget changes such as projects urgently ramped up and then quickly shut down, understaffed, individual contributor mentality that you might as well be a better compensated contractor, and poor internal technology tools.
