Aon has a genuinely great work culture. There’s a high level of trust and absolutely no micromanagement, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day work. Management is approachable and supportive, and you’re given the space to own your responsibilities. Hikes are decent and fair, especially considering the overall work-life balance. The environment is collaborative, professional, and people actually enjoy working here.

Like any large organization, growth can sometimes feel gradual depending on the team, but that’s more structural than cultural.
