      The downtown location is good.

      Cons

      A huge amount of bureaucracy slows down getting anything done. A lot of politics to deal with in the I.T. department made it difficult to work there. My manager wanted nothing to do with any of her direct reports.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
