Pros
Great work environment and people. Although the work is pretty loaded, yet games & activities are regularly arranged to ease our minds and to make going to office something to look forward to. My manager is so cool! And the best thing about Aon is that you call everyone by name. There's no concept of "Sir's" or "Ma'am's" here.
Cons
I'm new in the organization and this is my first job so haven't really experienced much. Hence gauging the cons is difficult right now. But I sincerely hope there are none.
