      Location of the offices. Nice hr relationship.

      Cons

      They treat you extremely poorly. I worked in Aon benfield argentina and it was the worst job I've ever had. Low wages, mistrust from your managers and lack of respect and very high micromanaging. DON'T apply here!

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
